Step 1 — Apply to Host an Event

Start by filling out the Apply Now form on our website.

Tell us about your organization, your fundraising goals, and your venue.

Once we review your request, we’ll contact you to discuss availability and determine if your event is a good fit.

Step 2 — Choose Your Date and Venue

Most events are held at locations such as:

• High school auditoriums

• School gyms

• Performing arts centers

• Community theaters

• Churches or civic centers

Your venue should ideally seat 150–500 people, but smaller events can still work.

Step 3 — Promote the Event

Step 4 — Sell Tickets
